I took my truck to service and they did not give me diagnostic documentation, such as battery status, brake pads, tires, etc. They delivered it with the driver's seat soaked, drops of water dripping inside, doors, dashboard, sun visors. They didn't vacuum it well, they left the seats dirty, with the dust that they already had from before, like they poured water inside and that's it. I did not receive the invoices, they left my radio deconfigured...

More than an hour to order a screw that doesn't exist, even if it is generic from the brand.

It is an excellent agency. The attention is 100% directed to the client. I had the experience that they treated me without pretensions, with frankness and simplicity. That, plus what my current SUV had to offer, was what led me to make the purchase. As for the after-sales service, it is excellent 👌, they send you to your house at no cost.
